British Designers In Tokyo For Design Tide

A group of British designers are in Tokyo for the exhibition Mark-ing at Design Tide, Tokyo Midtown running until Thursday 2011.11.3.

The Craft Distillers Night 2011.10.28

On Friday October 28 2011 I’ll MC & DJ for the Craft Distillers Night at the Park Hotel Tokyo in Shiodome. This event is to officially announce how funds raised from the Kizuna whisky charity bottling will be used to help people in Tohoku affected by the March earthquake. The Kizuna charity whisky was created by 6 distillers in Scotland who sold the 2000 bottles of limited edition blend via auction & raised over 10 million yen for the charity. At this Friday’s event 5 craft distillers from Scotland will be present to meet & greet whisky lovers. Everyone is welcome to attend!!

On Sunday 2011.10.23 I took a lucky bunch of Inter FM listeners to Tokyo Racecourse for a free VIP tour. Thanks to the Japan Racing Association it was a ton of fun sharing a day of wonderful horse racing, good food, drinks & some betting!!

Paul Smith At Fashion Week Tokyo

Had a funtastic time at the Paul Smith Fashion Show Public Viewing In Japan event, as part of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Tokyo on Sunday 2011.10.16.
A collaboration event with Inter FM, with co-MC Kaoru Kanazawa, we interviewed Sir Paul, who said after the March earthquake he just wanted to come & give Japan a big hug!!
