On Wednesday 2010.11.24 my Inter FM co-host Sayoko & I were treated to a very interesting meal & talk at Africa restaurant in Daikanyama, Tokyo. The meal was created by nutritionist Harumi Toda who is showing diet conscious people that you can enjoy great meals & dining out but not pile on the calories. His specialty is to concentrate on cutting down on sugar content, not just calories. We sampled his meal of salad with a rich gravy dressing , clear shellfish soup, grilled fish, lean steak, a creamy tofu fruit dessert & white wine.
